Our goal was to refine, not recreate, a South Italian espresso without the heavy caffeine, bitter tones and not the typical high roast burn profile. We’ve now roasted, rested and infused our beans with CBD, increasing the final crema content of the brew, and adding what we believe to be one of the smoothest coffee experiences the palette can find.
