Directions & Consumption	DIRECTIONS: Shake the bottle, unscrew the dropper and then drop the correct amount of drops according to the guidance below underneath the tongue. Leave the oil under the tongue for 2 minutes and then wash down with a drink. Use 3 times a day, once in the morning, midday and early evening. SUGGESTED CONSUMPTION: We advise anyone who is new to CBD to start with the below amount of drops to find the correct amount of CBD milligrams for it to be effective. 150mg - 4 drops x 3 times a day 300mg - 2 drops x 3 times a day *Recommended 500mg - 1 drops x 3 times a day 1000mg - 1 drop x 3 times a day If after 3-4 days you are still not feeling any change or benefit from the CBD oil, add 1 drop to amount you had been taking. Continue to a maximum of: 150mg - 37 drops x 3 times a day 300mg - 18 drops x 3 times a day 500mg - 11 drops x 3 times a day 1000mg - 11 drops x 3 times a day
